Study_materials_production,_including_the_production_of_Audio-Visual_materials_is_an_important_activity_among_the_faculty_staff._The_Language_Labs_of_the_school_with_the_facilities_for_Audio_and_Video_recordings_and_Educational_Software_production_are_very_useful_for_that_purpose.
The_Language_Lab_Complex_organizes_various_Seminars,_Workshops_and_various_aspects_of_educational_technology_like_Educational_Software,_Production_techniques,_Dubbing_etc.
The_language_lab_complex_of_the_School_of_Language,Literature_and_Culture_studies_is_one_of_the_best_developed_and_maintained_complex’s_in_India._It_consists_of_3_Analogue_Audio_Active_labs_(Persian,_German_and_Japanese)_having_22,22,&_32_booths_in_each_and_3_Multimedia_Language_Labs_22,32,&_32_booths_with_Digital_workstations_having_specialized_software_(Robotel_Smart_class_&_Smart_class_plus,_(Canada))_installed_and_dedicated_LAN_networking._LLC_also_houses_Seven_Audio-visual_class_rooms,_all_equipped_with_laptops,_Audio-video_equipments_and_LCD_projectors_and_3_booths_(Dual)_Video_Conferencing/interpretation_translation_system_with_12_delegate_units.
It_also_helps_teachers_to_manage_their_classes_and_assure_that_their_students_have_sufficient_opportunities_to_practice_and_hone_their_listening_and_speaking_skills.
The_LLC_also_has_excellent_education_teaching_material_production_facilities_in_the_form_of_Audio_studio._All_the_language_labs,_Audio_and_video_software_production_equipment_etc._have_been_received_as_gifts_grants_from_various_countries_like_Japan,_Germany,_Iran,_Russia_etc._the_peripheral_equipments_have_been_locally_procured._The_entire_equipment_has_been_house_in_an_acoustically_treated_and_centrallyair-conditioned_Language_Lab_Complex_building.
The_language_lab_and_Audio-visual_rooms_are_extensively_used_for_teaching_and_research_work_form_09_AM_to_04_PM_on_working_days._On_an_average_a_language_lab/AV_room/Video_Projection_room_was_used_for_about_30_hours_per_week.
During_last_year_these_facilities_were_used_for_about_2500_hrs._facilities_of_conference_system_were_also_provided_to_various_school,_departments,_Centres_of_the_university._Internet_facilities_were_also_provided_to_students_and_faculty_members_of_the_school_both_at_LLC_complex_and_at_SLL&CS_premises.
A_large_number_of_visitors_from_different_Educational_Institutions,_Universities_and_Embassies_like_NDA,_Khadakvasla,_KendriyaVidyalayas,_Public_schools,_Japan_foundation,_Japan_Embassy,_Miyagi_University_Japan_and_DelhiUniversity_etc._visited_the_LLC.
The_LLC_continues_to_be_the_Examination_Centre_for_the_Japanese_language_proficiency_test_conducted_by_the_Japan_foundation_for_the_students_coming_from_all_over_India._Max_Mullar_Bhavan,_Delhi_also_conducts_proficiency_test_in_German_language_in_the_LLC.
