The_Faculty_Induction_Programme(FIP)_is_designed_for_faculty_members_in_Central,_State,_Deemed_to_be_Universities,_Private_Universities,_Institutions_of_National_Importance,_Colleges_and_other_HEIs._It_familiarizes_them_with_curriculum_development,_teaching-learning_methodologies,_assessment_and_evaluation_techniques, ICT-enabled_teaching-learning,_and_university_rules_and_regulations_etc._For_newly_appointed_teachers,_the_Faculty_Induction_Programme(FIP)_is_mandatory_to_be_completed_within_one_year_of_appointment._/ संकाय_प्रेरण_कार्यक्रम_(FIP)_केंद्रीय,_राज्य,_डीम्ड_टू_बी_यूनिवर्सिटी,_निजी_विश्वविद्यालय,_राष्ट्रीय_महत्व_के_संस्थान,_कॉलेज_और_अन्य_उच्च_शिक्षा_संस्थानों_में_संकाय_सदस्यों_के_लिए_डिज़ाइन_किया_गया_है।_यह_उन्हें_पाठ्यक्रम_विकास,_शिक्षण-अधिगम_पद्धतियों,_मूल्यांकन_और_मूल्यांकन_तकनीकों,_आईसीटी-सक्षम_शिक्षण-अधिगम_और_विश्वविद्यालय_के_नियमों_और_विनियमों_आदि_से_परिचित_कराता_है।_नव_नियुक्त_शिक्षकों_के_लिए,_नियुक्ति_के_एक_वर्ष_के_भीतर_संकाय_प्रेरण_कार्यक्रम_(FIP)_पूरा_करना_अनिवार्य_है।

(i)_ Participation_in_the_FIP_is_a_prerequisite_for_admission_in_refresher courses._The_teacher_may_opt_for_a_refresher_course_after_a_one-year_gap_following_FIP._For_residential_RCs,_there_should_be_a_minimum_gap_of_one_year_between_two_refresher_courses,though_it_may_be_relaxed_if_an_adequate_number_of_participants_are_not_available,_or._it_is_essential_for_the_teacher_to_fulfill_eligibility_conditions_for_career_advancement_as_prescribed_by_UGC_from_time-to-time._/ पुनश्चर्या_पाठ्यक्रमों_में_प्रवेश_के_लिए_FIP_में_भागीदारी_एक_शर्त_है।_शिक्षक_FIP_के_बाद_एक_वर्ष_के_अंतराल_के_बाद_पुनश्चर्या_पाठ्यक्रम_का_विकल्प_चुन_सकते_हैं।_आवासीय_RC_के_लिए,_दो_पुनश्चर्या_पाठ्यक्रमों_के_बीच_न्यूनतम_एक_वर्ष_का_अंतराल_होना_चाहिए,_हालांकि_यदि_पर्याप्त_संख्या_में_प्रतिभागी_उपलब्ध_नहीं_हैं,_तो_इसमें_छूट_दी_जा_सकती_है,_या_शिक्षक_के_लिए_समय-समय_पर_UGC_द्वारा_निर्धारित_कैरियर_उन्नति_के_लिए_पात्रता_शर्तों_को_पूरा_करना_आवश्यक_हो।

(ii) Faculty_members_working_in_universities_and_colleges_that_are_included_under_Section_2(f)_of_the_UGC_Act._The_teachers_of_colleges_that_do_not_yet_come_within_the_purview_of_Section_2(f),_but_have_been_affiliated_to_a_university_for_at_least_three_years,_will_be_permitted_to_participate_in_the_courses._These_conditions_are_applicable_only_for_Residential_Training_Programmes/Courses._/ यूजीसी_अधिनियम_की_धारा_2(एफ)_के_अंतर्गत_आने_वाले_विश्वविद्यालयों_और_कॉलेजों_में_कार्यरत_संकाय_सदस्य।_ऐसे_कॉलेजों_के_शिक्षक_जो_अभी_धारा_2(एफ)_के_दायरे_में_नहीं_आते_हैं,_लेकिन_कम_से_कम_तीन_वर्षों_से_किसी_विश्वविद्यालय_से_संबद्ध_हैं,_उन्हें_पाठ्यक्रमों_में_भाग_लेने_की_अनुमति_दी_जाएगी।_ये_शर्तें_केवल_आवासीय_प्रशिक्षण_कार्यक्रमों/पाठ्यक्रमों_के_लिए_लागू_हैं।
