Issue_of_University_Certificates

I._Procedure_prescribed_for_issue_of_Official_transcripts:

To_make_a_written_request_to_the_University_for_issue_of_official_transcripts_to_him/her_mentioning_the_name_and_address_of_the_Universities/Institutions_to_which_he/she_wants_to_send_official_transcripts_for_seeking_admission_for_pursuing_higher_studies_or_for_other_purpose_like_award_of_fellowship/scholarship,_seeking_employment_etc.

The_written_request_should_be_accompanied_by_photocopies_of_the_testimonials,_Envelopes_containing_the_addresses_of_the_Universities/Institutions_to_which_the_official_transcripts_are_to_be_sent.

The_official_transcripts_duly_sealed_in_the_envelopes_will_be_handed_over_to_the_concerned_student_or_on_an_written_authorization_to_his/her_authorized_representative._The_official_transcripts_are_to_be_sent_to_the_concerned_Universities/Institutions_at_his/her_own_cost.

The_official_transcripts_are_issued_free_of_cost_to_the_student_if_the_photocopies_of_the_testimonials_and_envelopes_are_provided_by_him/her.

II._Procedure_for_issue_of_Original_Degree/Final_Marksheet:

Above_documents/certificates_are_issued_to_the_students_by_the_concerned_School/Specialised_Centre_for_which_the_students_have_to_submit_"No_Dues_Certificate"_in_the_prescribed_form_available_in_the_concerned_School/Specialised_Centre._For_further_details_the_students_may_contact_the_Admn._Officer_of_the_School._For_original_degree_no_fee_is_payable_by_the_students._However_for_getting_the_Final_Grade_Reports_the_students_are_required_to_pay_a_fee_of ` 20/-._Similarly_for_issue_of_Semester_Grade_Report_the_students_should_contact_the_concerned_Centre/School.

III._Procedure_for_issue_of_Provisional_Degree_and_Migration_Certificate:

The_students_are_required_to_make_a_request_to_the_University_in_the_form_prescribed_by_the_University_for_issue_of_Provisional_Degree/Migration_Certificate._Prescribed_form_can_be_

The_students_are_required_to_submit_the_same_to_the_Evaluation_Branch_of_the_University_after_completing_the_necessary_formalities_such_"No_Dues_Certificates"_from_the_concerned_School/Specialised_Centre,_concerned_Hostel,_Office_of_the_Dean_of_Students_and_payment_of_fee_prescribed_for_the_University_for_issue_of_various_certificates.
